Hello World! Today is the first time I am able to access my DeviantArt account since I became totally BLIND.

To make this message, I am using my new iPhone with iOS Voiceover screenreader with external Bluetooth QWERTY keyboard. I'm now using the iOS DeviantArt app, which is not as accessible as I wish it to be. I'm unable to update the textual content of my DeviantArt profile.

My wife's nephew, whom has already deleted his DeviantArt profile, had to look in my old password managers to retrieve my DeviantArt account password, after I had discovered there is NO WAY for me to contact DeviantArt customer service at all. My original eMail address is no longer being used, so password resets had failed.

Now that I'm back to using my DeviantArt account, I don't know what else to do with it, as the iOS app is not designed for BLIND persons. At least I discovered the status & journal options, which I can still take advantage of. ☺️

If anyone knows how I can direct eMail a DeviantArt admin, please let me know ASAP, as there are many content in my DeviantArt profile I wish to be removed. Thanks in advance!
